25% of reservation total required to guarantee reservation.

Remainder of payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. (60 days in high season.)

Full refund of deposit if stay is cancelled prior to 45 days of arrival. If your reservation is cancelled within 45 days of your arrival your deposit will be forfeited. (75 days in high season.)

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are payable in full by Cashiers check or Money Order sent via overnight courier or express mail. All payments are in US dollars.

Less than a five night stay in low season requires additional cleaning fee.

Less than a seven night stay in high season requires additional cleaning fee.

10 night minimum stay reservation required from December 15 to January 7.

6 overnight guests maximum in condo (per Fire Marshal.)

All reservations are subject to Hawaii State Sales and Accommodation Tax of 11.42%.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Late departures MUST be pre-approved.

Guests arriving after 5:00 p.m. daily and on weekends will require a lock box combination. Please confirm arrival time at condo.

Lockbox is located next to phone before lobby entrance, on same side as elevator.

Additional fees may be charged post departure for any damage or missing items which occurred during your stay.
